well, mom has one of those coffee makers that has a cone filter. and is very very easy to use.You just press a button to turn it on, put the coffee beans inside the filter, and just stick it in the slot. and put water and turn it on and the bubbling starts. and once the perculating stops completely, turn it off. mom got it as a gift from somebody. and it doesn't have a manual.

I like the Brewstation by Hamilton Beach, but it uses the standard filters! It makes awesome coffee, some of the best I've ever had. Grind your own beans though, because coffee always tastes better that way.

I've never used a coffeemaker with a cone filter. I wonder what's the advantage? What we ahve here is just a simple 12-cup Mr. Coffee with the basket filter. All you do is fillit with water, put your coffee in the filter and flit the little switch on the lower front edge to start it brewing. We quit buying paper basket filters after we found a permanent filter basket. This is made of a very fine mesh, and all you do is just dump the used grounds in the garbage and wash it in the dishwasher and it's good as new. Oh, and the Mr. Coffee must ahve cose me all of $19.95 at a Target store right after Christmas a year ago or so.

I'd go with a standard basket filter if i were you. The Mister coffee and the black and decker coffee machines are good. I tend to buy a coffee maker without a clock. It's good to just have one button to push in the morning when you aren't firing on all cylinders yet... The sensayo coffee machines are very good but are more pricey and i believe it's a single cup kind of job with those. They are nice though!

Hmmm! I wouldn't mind a coffe maker myself. I'm doing those er, well I can't spell it, but those capuccino things where you don't boil the water and they have milk already in them using a kettle at the moment. My grandparents have filter coffee, but I don't think they have to grind the coffee beans first.

I have a coffee pot with a timer, plus a capuccino maker. The coffee pot is quite easy to set up. It's made by Black & Decker. Just plug it in, set the time with the hour and minute buttons, then hold in the timer button and repeat the process with the same hour and minute buttons and she's all set. Just flip the switch to the left for timed operation, or right for instant coffee.

I don't have a coffee maker, but a tea maker which is very accessible, you just put the paper filter in the basket and fill the machine with water and also fill the pitcher about half way with water or ice which ever you want then you just press the start button and it starts to purk it. It's a sunbeam model. Not sure if they make coffee makers or not.

I just cary it over to the garbage and tap it aginst the side. That usually gets the majority. Then I'm really bad and wash the rest down the sink. If you want to be good, wipe the axcess out with a towl or something. I love the perminant filters. We own two, and it makes it quite nice. Lol, one is always clean.
